Kelway is led by a management team with a proven track record of success in IT solutions and services.

Phil Doye, CEO

Phil founded Kelway in 1990. Since then, the company has grown to exceed £180m annual turnover, and was voted CRN Reseller of the Year in 2006 and 2009.

Dan Laws, Managing Director

Dan joined Kelway in 1999 and has held a number of management positions within the organisation. Among his broader responsibilities, he is currently responsible for the UK Sales & Marketing operation and the development of Kelway’s award-winning e-procurement solution, ServiceTrack.

Craig Compton, Chief Financial Officer

Craig joined Kelway in November 2007, and as Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the finance, HR and IT functions of Kelway. Previously Craig was EMEA and Asia Pacific Finance Director for Mercury Interactive before its acquisition by Hewlett Packard. Craig was also formally EMEA Finance Director for Veritas Software.

Chris Rickman, Chief Operating Officer

Chris joined Kelway in January 2008 following 14 years’ experience in volume product line businesses such as B&Q and Jewsons, where he undertook a broad variety of supply chain and purchasing roles. He is a purchasing and supply chain professional with an MSc in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Cranfield.
