Repton fully integrated into Kelway

10 October 2009

The successful integration of enterprise and data centre infrastructure specialist Repton, acquired by Kelway in May has today been completed. This acquisition took Kelway’s turnover to over £180 million and its headcount to more than 350.

The Repton acquisition, together with the earlier purchase of City-based Panacea Services, fulfilled Kelway’s ambition to provide its customers with a complete end-to-end IT solutions and services offering. Having made a name for itself as a first class IT procurement provider through innovations such as ServiceTrack, its award-winning order management system, Kelway has now grown into an organisation supplying enterprise-class IT solutions and services to companies of all sizes.

“The past two years have been an exciting time at Kelway, a period when we have really come of age as a company,” says Dan Laws, newly appointed Managing Director at Kelway. “We recognised that our customers were looking for an IT partner that could do more than just provide IT equipment in a straightforward and reliable way, and we set about building a broader capability by acquiring best-in-class companies that would complete our offering.
